Once we receive payment for an order, we will typically ship the order within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are out of stock of a certain item, we promise to notify you immediately.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are shipped a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Any damaged products will be replaced without charge. If the order you receive is incorrect, we will replace the item and refund your return shipping costs.
No other returns or exchanges are accepted. AZ Baking Company LLC does not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address supplied during the transaction.
